Work Description: Sidewalk and Curb Pressure Washing – South Street / Portions: Market Street, DeHart Street, Community Place, Pine Street, Elm Street & Madison Street
Work Hours: 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Overnight)
Start Date: Monday, August 25, 2025 (weather permitting)
Project Duration: 3 Nights – Monday, August 25 and Tuesday, August 26 (South Street) & Tuesday, September 2 (Side Streets)
Special Conditions:
- Sidewalks will have limited access for pass through pedestrian traffic. Access to properties will remain open at all times when safe passage is feasible.
- Parking restrictions will be in place during designated work hours and locations. No Parking signage will be posted in advance.
- The road will remain open during work.
- On-street parking will be prohibited within the work zone during overnight work hours, and reinstated during the daytime.
- Workers, equipment, vehicles and hoses connected to SMCMUA fire hydrants will be present during operations.
