Schuyler Place Road Closure and New Traffic Pattern – Morris County Courthouse Construction
Please be advised of upcoming traffic and parking impacts related to the Morris County Courthouse construction project.
Temporary Road Closure – Monday, January 19 and Tuesday, January 20
Schuyler Place will be completely closed to all vehicles 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, January 19 and Tuesday, January 20 for the installation of construction barricades and the designated construction area.
Ann-Bank Garage Access During Closure
Ann-Bank Garage access will be available via the Bank Street entrance.
A police officer will be available to assist with access to the garage at the Schuyler Place entrance off Ann Street. All vehicles will exit via Bank Street.
Reopening and New Traffic Pattern Beginning Wednesday, January 21
Beginning Wednesday, January 21, Schuyler Place will operate under a new traffic pattern featuring a 20-foot drive lane and two on-street parking spaces. This configuration is expected to remain in place for the duration of construction, approximately 24 months.
Visitor Parking and Garage Access
The first entry level of the Ann Bank Parking Garage at Schuyler Place is now designated as two-hour parking for visitor use to support convenient access to the business district. Following the temporary closure, garage access will be available from both Ann Street and Schuyler Place for the duration of the project.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this construction period.
