Work Description: Sidewalk and Curb Pressure Washing – Speedwell Avenue + North Park Place
Work Hours: 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Overnight)
Start Date: Monday, July 28, 2025 (weather permitting)
Project Duration: 2 Nights – Monday, July 28 and Tuesday, July 29
Special Conditions:
• Sidewalks will have limited access for pass though pedestrian traffic. Access to properties will remain open at all times when safe passage is feasible.
• Parking restrictions will be in place during designated work hours and locations. No Parking signage will be posted in advance.
• The road will remain open during work.
• On-street parking along Speedwell Avenue will be prohibited within the work zone during overnight work hours, and reinstated during the daytime.
• Workers, equipment, vehicles and hoses connected to SMCMUA fire hydrants will be present during operations.
Please review the door hanger from the contractor regarding storefront preparations. Locations not completed within the posted schedule will be re-noticed with new start dates.
