Edible® Celebrates Return to Morristown, New Jersey, with Grand Opening Event

Event Description:
Edible Arrangements Morristown is owned by business partners Lina Abuhamda Issa and Gus Adawi. With management support from Assef Jamhour and Issa’s husband Fadel Eisa, the team recently reopened the 1,200-square-foot store, which prior ownership closed in January of 2020. After a year-long remodeling, Edible Morristown is throwing a grand reopening to commemorate its return to the Morristown community under new family ownership.
“I fell in love with the Edible brand when I worked years ago as an Edible store employee, so opening my own Edible franchise is a dream come true,” said Issa. “Edible’s portfolio of products has evolved so much since my time as a store employee, with new innovations like Bakeshop and FruitFlowers making the brand more exciting than ever before. Our goal for this store is to exceed all of our local customers’ expectations with delicious products available in-store and delivered fresh to their homes, and we’re so excited to celebrate this new chapter along with the rest of the Morristown community at this weekend’s celebration.”
The event will include free samples from Edible’s new Bakeshop line, smoothies and a raffle giveaway for a free edible arrangement. A ceremonial ribbon-cutting with Morristown Mayor Timothy Dougherty will take place at noon. Proper COVID-19 safety protocols will be in place, with masks, hand sanitizer and temperature checks provided.
