NOTICE: Building Demolition & Construction at 45 Market Street

Anticipated Start Date: Thursday, July 5, 2018
Work Hours: 9:00am to 3:30pm
Demolition and Construction: KATERRA, Hoboken, NJ
Temporary lane restrictions and occasional detours will be needed to accommodate the project.
Parking and sidewalk closures will be required on the following streets for the demolition and construction of
45 Market Street (former ‘O2 Pilates’ and blighted industrial building):
- Market Street (Maple Avenue to 33 Market Street)
- Bank Street (16 Bank Street to Fox Rothchild Staircase)
Parking and sidewalk closures are in place for the duration of the construction (up to 24 months).

NOTE: Logistics may change once final demolition plans are submitted for another project taking place on Market and Bank Streets (Sunstone Hotels LLC/ Cambria Hotel).
On-street parking will be closed as posted; please encourage your patrons to use the DeHart Street and Ann/Bank Garages. The Ann/Bank Garage will remain open at all times; however, it may be necessary to detour access to the Schuyler Place entrance and exit periodically.
Parking, standing and stopping, including deliveries, will not be permitted in the drive lane of State Route 202 (Market and Bank Streets). Designated loading zones remain open in the area.
Sidewalks will be closed in front of the project site; access will remain open to surrounding businesses. Please obey all posted signage.
During occasions of temporary restrictions and detours, every effort will be made to ensure access points to existing businesses or residences are unimpeded.
All parties are working together to minimize the impact of the project to existing traffic layout, parking, and general movement around the site.
