The Morristown Partnership is governed by a District Management Corporation (DMC) created by the Town Council at the time the special improvement district was introduced and approved. The DMC is directed by a 17 member Board of Trustees comprised of:

• 15 business/commercial property owners in the district
• a mayoral representative
• a Town council representative.

The 15-business/property owner Trustees are elected by the constituency for three year terms. An election is held annually with five seats available each year.
